We focus on the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga, removing any religious aspects to ensure a neutral, open environment. Our classes emphasize mindful movement, breathwork, and intentional stretching, helping you build strength, increase flexibility, and find inner calm, no matter your background or experience level. Yoga at Body and Sol is a space for all bodies and all people to connect with themselves and their well-being.

Root + Rise

A gentle breathe-centered Hatha flow designed to ground your body, connect to your breath, and flow with mindful intention. 

Ease + Unwind

A gentle, slow paced class designed to release tension, restore energy, and calm the mind.

Mobility in Motion

Class for anyone ready to move their bodies again. Focusing on unlocking stiffness, improving joint range, and gently energizing the body.
